"My Dad used to dream up bedtime stories for me.

He told me a story about Billy's friend, Tony the Turtle, who learned the power of curiosity and friendship. More importantly he taught me the wonders of adventure, learning to overcome challenges, and discovering the importance of courage and creative problem-solving."

BOOK ILLUSTRATIONS

All the illustrations in the book were carefully crafted with the talents of Laura Bolsolver.
Laura spent her childhood in Lake Ronkonkoma - a small town on Long Island, New York. It was there she began her art career at age five drawing on the walls with her Mom's good lipstick. Since that time Laura has studied art at the School of the Museum of Fine Arts Boston, Massachusetts College of Art, and the Art Institute of Boston.
As a Learning Experience Designer has worked with multiple companies in the Boston area to create immersive digital learning programs for employee onboarding, sales, and new product launches.
She currently lives in Weymouth, Massachusetts with her husband, Bill, and her spirited dog Lily. When she is not in her art studio in Rockland, Massachusetts, she spends her time exploring nature and continuing to find the wonder in things.
