Shell-Volution: The Creation of "Turtles Don't Climb Stairs".
Many thanks to my High School, McQuaid Jesuit, and Braden Bodensteiner, McQuaid's Junior High English teacher, for
graciously allowing me to speak to the 6th and 7th graders about the journey my illustrator Laura Bolsover and I enjoyed
bringing "Turtles Don't Climb Stairs" to life.
I know there were some future artists, authors and musicians in that group of young men. I'm hoping that they all have the opportunity to explore their talents, and in the teachings of the Jesuits, Cast Fire Upon The Earth.
